Thank you for choosing nture. We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, and that includes our shipping policies. Please read the following carefully:

Shipping Locations
We are proud to ship from our Houston location to various destinations. Currently, we offer both domestic and international shipping options. 

Please note that if you purchase more than one bag, your order will be considered a pre-order. The estimated delivery time for pre-order items is approximately 3 weeks from the date of purchase. We appreciate your patience and are confident you will love your handcrafted bags.

Shipping Methods
Orders will be shipped via UPS, and we offer multiple shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

Processing Time

As a new company, many of our products are available for preorder. Please allow 5 to 7 weeks for order processing and shipment. Once our inventory is established, shipping times will improve to 1 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will vary based on your location. The total shipping charge will be calculated at checkout.

Packaging
Your order will be packaged with care, using high-quality materials that reflect the luxury of our brand.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking information via email and/or text message so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For any questions about your specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.

European Union Customers: 
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition you received it should be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at nture@nturepurses.com.
